First of all you did not speak to me about the parameters the banks approve. You spoke to my husband and your dealership still spoke to him as if he was ignorant and educated. Even after he explained to you that he knew exactly how the financing works through the banks and their way of establishing if they are able to finance or not, your staff still continued to try and talk circles around him. You really should be more mindful of your customers and understand that not everyone is a first time car consumer who is clueless to financing.
