Leasing a Camry from Penn Toyota We went to Penn Toyota to lease a 2018 Camry LE, after we lost our Impala as a result of an accident. We found the staff to be very understanding. Joel Cohen and Nick (didn't get his last name) carefully explained all the details of the leasing process. They also helped us have a car which we rented for the day picked up by Enterprise. Andy Dai linked my wife's cell to the car. He also carefully explained in detail how the HVAC, radio and other systems worked. I was able to find out how various other components, such as mirror, wiper, speed control, radio, and other systems worked. He was patient with us considering that our last car was very low tech. This time around there were no games as to the price it was very clear if they could come in at a lower number than other dealerships in the area . Even when they couldn’t price match at least they admitted it without the usual “come on into the dealership and let’s see what we can discuss“. ANDY and Alan or extremely helpful in negotiating the price and matching competitive offers as well as reviewing all of the features of the car so I felt comfortable with it within a couple of days . They also called me about two weeks later to make sure everything was OK and answer all of my questions, particularly about all the new technology that have been built into the 2018 Prius car since I last bought my Prius in 2012 . I did purchase the extended warranty because I drive almost 30,000 miles a year. My hope is that the service department does not play any games as a bring in my car for routine maintenance . More
