Drove all the way from Indio, Ca to purchase a 2023 GMC Yukon Denali and both Kay Inoue and Matt the sales manager provided HORRIBLE and by far the WORST experience at this dealership. These two are the mo Yukon Denali and both Kay Inoue and Matt the sales manager provided HORRIBLE and by far the WORST experience at this dealership. These two are the most unprofessional and unethical sales personnel I've ever dealt with. While speaking and negotiating with Kay, the sales person for almost a week never did he mention the vehicle had scuffs and a dent on the left side of the back bumper. I drove 2 hours to find out about it and he tried to lie that he wasn't aware of it after I had clearly asked him if there was anything wrong with it and if he could please send me pictures of the inside and outside of the vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle with promises and a due bill to fix these damages he also promised us that he'd go next door to schedule the appointment with their body shop the next day and would contace me as soon as he got the day and time for us. A week went by and hadn't hear anything I reached out to him and he behaved in such a rude and disrespectful manner that soon turned into an argument between us. He hung up on me and begun ignoring my calls or texts. If I hadn't reached out to a different manager they would've never fixed my vehicle. Huge THANKS to Josue Moreno at Penske GMC for all his help!!! If it wasn't for him I would have ended taking legal action against this dealership. He did an amazing job taking care of all our needs and always kept I'm touch with us, keeping us updated every step of the way. The only way I'd ever recommend any family or friends to this dealership is if he would be the one to assist them. Again, THANK YOU so much Josue!!! More

When first showing interest in the sport in Vista, I had Alex come out and greet me very professionally and with no hesitation showed me other investors that I might enjoy. Later we went for a test drive where I begin to love it. With no pressure, he show me what the numbers would be, and I felt completely comfortable being by myself and Not feeling overwhelmed. He even encouraged me to check around, but I ultimately came back to him because of his expertise and Peace of mind believing it was fair! More
I recently came for routine service by appointment and diagnostics on a light on my dash. The appointment took 3.5 hours for an oil change and wheel alignment with a diagnostic test. I pretty much had no update throughout the wait time until I started getting tired and asked, and this was not even the worst part. I rated based on lack of attentiveness. Attendant apologized for the long wait, but that shouldn’t happen with an appointment and basic maintenance. More
