From the time I bought my truck here through each service it has been back for, it's always something. When I bought it, I could not understand the saleswoman, nor did she know anything about the truck. Wh it has been back for, it's always something. When I asked why someone else buying a truck was getting there's detailed and mine was only washed, I was told to bring it back and they would. I did and they marred my rims. They did fix them and told me they would fill the truck for my troubles which never happened. Then I took it in for an oil change. They got oil inside on the grab handle as well as scratched that. The oil was cleaned, and I was told the grab bar/pillar could be replaced but I declined as I know it would never back together the same as it was from the factory. My most recent oil change I just got as we were leaving on vacation. After we returned and I parked my truck in driveway that I just had new concrete poured in, I found an oil stain several days later when I moved my truck. I took it back in and was told the filter was faulty, which sounds very odd. Additionally, this was not even added to the work order, just that they found residual oil and everything was tight. I hope nothing was stripped when they installed the "faulty" oil filter, maybe I'll find out on the next oil change. I gave two stars since the last service writer, Stephanie, was helpful. More

Not always someone there to greet you. Service rep was friendly and kept me up to date on repairs. Truck had 16 miles put on it even though the final work order said one mile. Completely unethical to falsify the work order, and also inexcusable why it should have been driven 16 miles just to check the auto stop feature. One or two miles maybe, but 16 is just outrageous. Also hate when all the mirrors and seats are changed and they don't bother to leave them how they were. Truck was newly washed, but when i picked it up there was dirt and water spots all over it and just simply filthy. Lack of a shuttle service was also very inconvenient, especially compared to the other dealership i usually go to which has uber rides for its customers. More
