Hello, Please know that we take your feedback seriously. We understand your frustration with your purchase. You did purchase a high-mileage used vehicle and declined the purchase of an extended warranty. You brought the vehicle back after the dealer warranty expired. While we do everything in our power to recondition a vehicle, we do not know what will happen months from purchase. Regarding the tire and wheel warranty, we confirmed the mistake in coverage that you purchased and agreed to the full refund amount as soon as it was brought to our attention.
