Unfortunately, warranty work needed to be performed on my 24 Encore GX. The essential part needed to be ordered and was not delivered on Friday. Reggie Shelton, Assistant Service Manager, informed me that 24 Encore GX. The essential part needed to be ordered and was not delivered on Friday. Reggie had already ordered a car from Midway Rental for me and the car was delivered in less than 20 minutes! Well, on Monday morning Reggie called and informed me that the part came in and one of the service men worked on it all day Saturday and the car was ready!! Great service as usual from Penske!! More
