They send coupons that don't apply to certain cars. For example, my tires can't be rotated so I can't use the coupon provided to me. Not my fault the tires can be rotated. In addition, it says there was a multi-point inspection done but no notes about it. No reason for me to go to this dealer any longer. Plenty of certified shops. They don't even offer you a vehicle or have a shuttle. Back to Buena Park Chevy it is. More

First and foremost my experience over at Chevy Cerritos, I was welcomed by barun and Jorge I gave them an idea of what I was looking for and I’m in the market for. I purchased a 2025 Silverado Custom fell i I was welcomed by barun and Jorge I gave them an idea of what I was looking for and I’m in the market for. I purchased a 2025 Silverado Custom fell in love with it , but something was missing….. went back 2 weeks later and spoke to barun and told him I was interested on getting a new truck. He was very friendly and and ordered my replacement window sill for a future service date. Pavel notified me when the part arrived and scheduled my service appointment in a timely manner.
