Initially, the experience was good, but it took a turn for the worse when they incorrectly registered my car in the wrong state. Despite my efforts to get them to fix the issue, they were unable to resolv for the worse when they incorrectly registered my car in the wrong state. Despite my efforts to get them to fix the issue, they were unable to resolve it, leaving me with no choice but to pay over $1,000 extra to correct the mistake. I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. My service advisor, Anthony Nunez was helpful when he took my car in. When I returned to have the part installed, I left the car and he texted me when the work was completed. During my interaction with Anthony, he communicated all the time when the car was at the service dept. I find that refreshing in a time when customer service is a low.
