The service department is very knowledgeable of the products and services that you offer and they're good about letting you know upfront how much the cost is going to be and if your car is getting serv products and services that you offer and they're good about letting you know upfront how much the cost is going to be and if your car is getting service and they find out something new they do come and tell you about it and then they ask you if there is a price involved if you want to get it done now or wait till later and I appreciate that instead of being surprised when I get to the counter to pay.
