My fiancé and I reached out to many dealers about our specific car interests and Nima’s consistency really stuck out. She took her time with answering any of our questions and concerns. I had an appointment for oil change/transmission fluid/and front and rear break pads service at the Honda Service Department yesterday and was helped by Salam. An hour later I received my inspection fluid/and front and rear break pads service at the Honda Service Department yesterday and was helped by Salam. An hour later I received my inspection report and Mr. Salam Elnasleh was very friendly and professionally to explain to me all the problems finding on the report. Even later on when I found out some questionable/duplicated changes on the estimate worksheet and he responded back to me very soon and made a correction on the final invoice. Based on my experience yesterday, I appreciated Salam’s assistance. More
