I visited this location on Monday had made an appointment before hand. My appointment was scheduled at 7:30 I arrived there by 7:20 . I didn’t leave the dealership until almost 11! I’ve never ever had servi before hand. My appointment was scheduled at 7:30 I arrived there by 7:20 . I didn’t leave the dealership until almost 11! I’ve never ever had service delayed this long. I’ll more than likely try a new location or do with the usually guy I go to do maintenance Dave from there. suggestion would be to have an open communication with the clients. I didn’t get a price on my new tire until 2 hours of being there. I just needed 1 tire to be switched out! More
