Please explain why if I call to schedule service (oil change) and I get an appointment date and time and I show up 15 minutes before my appointment which was at 2:30pm and I arrived at 2:15pm . My vehicle was given to me at 5:35pm. Why the xxxx do you guys make appointments if just for a simple oil change it’s going to take more than 3 hours? That’s so ridiculous!!!!
