Good service but I feel they need to get better helping non-appointment people. I got to the service line and there was literally no cars there waiting but somehow no one assisted me until 15 minutes later non-appointment people. I know they usually assist appointment cars but there wasn’t any appointment cars waiting nor in line. They should assist non-appointment cars with the same speed as they would assist appointment cars. I would figure they would be short staffed but as I walked in the service department I seen about 8 workers just at their stations standing there without any clients there. Come on Penske Toyota! I know you can do better!!! More
