The service department at Peoria Ford keeps me from considering purchasing another vehicle there. I can understand one glitch on some kind of issue - glitch is simply the only way to describe the inep considering purchasing another vehicle there. Just a sampling of missteps - scheduled an online appt for recall work several weeks ahead of desired date; showed up early for appt, checked in, sat down with a cup of coffee, only to find out they didn't have me on the schedule and didn't have the part; had dealer oil change service, showed a coupon on my phone only to be told I had to print it for coupon to be honored; called the phone number on the postcard for recurring service work, waited on hold, gave identifying information, told that service advisors like to schedule that work directly, told my name and number would be forwarded to service department for call back, and finally called the dealership myself three weeks later to schedule. I just can't imagine why, even though it is the closest Ford dealer to my home, I would by my Mustang replacement at Peoria Ford. I get it that dealership's service departments are notorious for over selling and I can manage my response to that. This kind of careless, nonchalant customer service just seals the deal for me - with another Ford dealer. More

Still classified it as “new” Bought car in January, 6 mo later, it blue book lists for less than half of what we paid.(under 9k miles, excellent condition) Took it back to trade in for a truck, 3-1/2 hrs later, papers signed, truck is mine. Dealership called me 10 days later & told me “unfortunately we could not get it financed & we need another $18k down on the truck. Needless to say, took truck back & now am stuck upside down in a crappy fusion. Will NEVER buy here again. More

Exellent Buying Experience with Big Doug at Peoria Ford I had been looking for a particular car for several months. It was only offered one year, and when they popped up for sale, they usually moved pretty I had been looking for a particular car for several months. It was only offered one year, and when they popped up for sale, they usually moved pretty quickly. I received an alert from AutoTrader that one had popped up in Arizona, so I quickly logged on and contacted the dealer. Big Doug contacted me back in less than 30 minutes and provided the details about the vehicle. As it would be an out-of-state purchase, I needed him to be my eyes and ears to review the car. He sent videos and photos of the car, and provided additional photos of areas I had questions about. I put down a deposit and scheduled a flight out to pick the car up. Big Doug met us at the airport and brought us to the dealership where the car was cleaned and ready to go... in far better condition than I had imagined! Doug was spot on with his critique of the car and I was a happy buyer. Closing the deal was a snap, and we were out of the dealership in 1.5 hours. I can't say enough about the treatment I received from Big Doug and all the staff at Peoria Ford! Thanks for everything! We are enjoying our drive back to Denver in our newly purchased M3 from Big Doug at Peoria Ford! More
Very unpleasant experience I ended up visiting Peoria Ford because of an ad for a 2 year old car. One that I'd be kinda looking out for and when this one showed up I called that I ended up visiting Peoria Ford because of an ad for a 2 year old car. The appointment was 2 hours from when I had called. 30 minutes after I called, Anthony, called and introduced himself and said that I'd be working with him. He said the car would be out front and that he'd have a Carfax ready and the keys and we'd take it for a test drive. I arrived 10 minutes early. Asked for Anthony and proceeded to wait for 10 minutes in the showroom. Anthony came out, introduced himself and said he'd been finishing a deal. Then he offered me a seat and said, "I have bad news but really good news." He had just sold the car I was there to see but they had another with 2x the miles, different color and same price. I asked him why he didn't call me, since he clearly had my number, and let me know he was already in the process of selling and not waste my time. His answer was that it's the nature of the business. My answer was that I'd let everyone know how Peoria Ford conducts business. More
No return phone call I had problems with Peoria Ford since June 2019. They told me I would get a Visa credit card for 160 dollars. If I would buy they tires. Well I bought those tires from them and never received the Visa credit card. By the time I had to do my own research since Peoria Ford said to me I had to look into. Myself. The rebate expired. I went back to Peoria Ford and they told me that they can’t do anything about getting the Visa credit card. So they said I would get THREE FREE oil change. So I had no choice but to go for there offer. I was working with AJ So when I went in on March 2020 for my FREE oil change. When it was done AJ told me I owe $32.00. I said for what!! He said they put it some oil booster and fuel system cleaner. I DID NOT AGREE TO THIS! So I talk to the manager of Peoria Ford. They returned my $32.00 dollars. Now I have been trying to get another one of my FREE oil change. I have called AJ cell phone and also the service center. I still have no return calls. So My thought to all of this is DO NOT BELEIVE OR TRUST ANYTHING THE SERVICE PART SAYS. More
