Great customer service is always our #1 goal and we’re sorry to hear you feel this way, but your review has left us a bit puzzled. We follow the policies and procedures that are set by Ford Motor Company in regards to all battery testing and warranties. Because of that we require a vehicle to be on site with the battery to do a full test. Since you arrived with the battery in hand we wanted to try and make things easier for you by offering to have someone from our team go to your mother’s location and jump start the vehicle to bring it to our dealership to test it but you declined. Since this vehicle has never been to our dealership before, we would need to do a full systems to check to ensure it wasn’t something else causing the battery to fail. When you returned back to the dealership with the vehicle we made sure to expedite the test and battery replacement for you and the vehicle was repaired in less than an hour. First, you never offered someone to go jump start my moms vehicle. Second, when I arrived back at the service area with my moms vehicle I was there for close to THREE HOURS, not under an hour. So you might start with getting the facts correct when you respond to a review.
