Hands down by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Major thanks to Jim Eagle, he absolutely went above and beyond. Nick Van Horn did an amazing job as well!! He worked with me and went above and beyond!!! I have dealt with Nick and Jim multiple times and I have to say, they amaze me every time. I live approximately 59 miles away from the dealership. My wife hates going to the dealership and waiting...thats just the nature of the beast. What Peoria Ford has done for me speaks volume!!! Not once, but twice, they went out of their way, delivered my new truck to my home, and brought the paperwork for my wife to sign!! This is the ultimate in customer service. Words can not describe how excellent these people have been to me and this dealership. I will not even look at another dealership as long as these two are still at Peoria Ford. As for my new F350, I am beyond pleased with the amazing deal I got from everyone. Thank you Jim Eagle and Nick Van Horn!!! More

Horrible service dept run by a real jerk They never touched my truck for the first 5 days and we never heard back from anyone until I left a stern voice message for the horrible service direc They never touched my truck for the first 5 days and we never heard back from anyone until I left a stern voice message for the horrible service director Keith Covey on the 5th day. They had the truck for warranty repair for 13 days, didn't fix the problem, when we called back telling them the truck was not fixed, jerk Keith Covey told us not to bring the truck back to his service department. We wouldn't anyways because they were so terrible, seems to be dishonesty going on there, advisor says one thing, director Keith Covey says the opposite.... Bought 3 new trucks from them in the past 18 months, you'd think the GM Pat Hickey would have returned my call after hearing of the terrible Non-service coming out of his service department, and his jerk of a service directors mouth.. Worst service experience I've ever had. More
Lacking Customer Service Made an appointment at 10:20 AM for warranty work on my truck. When dropped off (20 min early) was told they would not even look at it till 5 PM, because they were very busy. 5:30 PM was told they did not have the part and it would have to be ordered. Now, if they would have looked at the vehicle at the scheduled time, they would have been able to order the part and possibly have the vehicle ready on time. EVERYONE is busy these days. Don't schedule an appointment if you can't work on the vehicle. More
Sale is more important than the customer I was not sure if I should put this as new sales or old sales. Bought a 2016 Ford Fusion in 12/2017 with 4k on it as new but carfax shows I am the se I was not sure if I should put this as new sales or old sales. Bought a 2016 Ford Fusion in 12/2017 with 4k on it as new but carfax shows I am the second owner. You know, after hours of discussions I take partial responsibility for the bad deal but as I sit extremely flipped on the loan I feel they did what they had to for the sale with little regard for my long term outcome. Should have stayed in my lease and still miffed some thoughtful FORD employee did not perhaps recommend that. Since FORD dealer is independently owned they also own the results. Have had wonderful experience with the Service dept so want to make sure this comment is taken in context of the sale only. More
Indifferent Customer Care I made an appointment earlier this week with "Jason" to replace a broken tailgate handle on my 2010 Ranger. I confirmed the part was available. I arr I made an appointment earlier this week with "Jason" to replace a broken tailgate handle on my 2010 Ranger. I confirmed the part was available. I arrived, as advised, at 8:00 am. Jason then informed me that "we are a little backed up" and the repair would have to wait until Monday, 7/15. I work for a living and took off the day in order to have the repair done today and not Monday. No attempt was made to contact me via phone call, email or text and reschedule. I purchased the tailgate handle at Peoria for $31.00 and will have it installed elsewhere. Advising customers to return at a later date for the Dealership's convenience reflects a lack of integrity in your Service Department. More
New battery, Don't buy a battery here. My mom 77 y/o bought her battery here. He car died. I tried charging the battery, it wouldn't charge. Pulled it took it to Don't buy a battery here. They stated "it's bad but we can't replace it without seeing the vehicle." So I reinstalled the battery, pushed the vehicle out of the garage, jumped it. Took it the car and battery back to the Fird Dealership waited for them to check it and honor the warranty. Waste of four hours, total crap at Peoria Ford... never again. Hey Pat Hickey your dealership isn't costumer friendly...... More
HORRIBLE!!! I bought my first car at Peoria Ford, I got a used one for WAY more than it was worth. Just started a new job driving 120 miles both way so I was in n I bought my first car at Peoria Ford, I got a used one for WAY more than it was worth. Just started a new job driving 120 miles both way so I was in need of a new car. We got everything figured out, they put me in a new 2019 Ford EcoSport with only 21 miles. I had to go back a week later to give them my deposit on the car and at that time they told me they have to take my car back because no banks would accept me. They didn't even try to get me into a cheaper or used car. I will NEVER go back here or recommend them to ANYONE!! I even asked to make sure the sale went through to the banks and I was assured it did! I also have two children to provide for so now I don't have a car I need another plan. THANKS FOR NOTHING PEORIA FORD!!! More
Painful experience We were in the dealership 4 weeks ago looking at a Raptor before we left on vacation. We returned from vacation and found the Raptor we originally looked at and text the salesman. He approved a price that we were willing to pay with the extended warranty. We drove 3 hrs (we live in the white mtns) to buy the truck and NOW they don’t honor the price. We then offer $1000 more and sign an agreement with the head mgr and go into finance. Now they can’t find the agreement we sign and want ($2k) more for the warranty. How convenient they lost the agreement. They blamed it on the salesman. We had so many men come in to tell us why they can’t honor the price. This took 4 1/2 hrs! I wouldn’t go back to this dealership nor would I recommend them!!!! Deceiving dealership even after seeing the text that was written to us! More
