Best car buying experience ever! From the moment we walked into the showroom l had a good feeling about the place. We had made an appointment with Bret and were about 45 min. early. He was with another customer at the time but made a point to come out and greet us. Bret asked an associate to show us the vehicles we were interested in and met with us upon our return. We sat down and worked through the numbers until I felt we had a good deal. The process was fairly quick and painless. Through out the entire process Bret made sure we were taken car of. Johnathan sold us on the extended warranty and made the process seamless. Kay was very knowledgeable about the features of our Explorer and answered all of our questions.
