Horrible! I came to the dealership basically to STOP the unending number of phone calls. Isabelle was calling me 2-4 times a week! She calls with the promise th I came to the dealership basically to STOP the unending number of phone calls. Isabelle was calling me 2-4 times a week! She calls with the promise that if I've made my payments "ontime, with no late payments, I can get you in a brand new ford with only your trade for a down payment". I had bought my current car, a used 2014 Taurus last year from Peoria Ford and it was a pleasant experience. I've had some credit issues in the past, that I have slowly been working on. My credit score went from a 584 last year to a 610 currently, so I was happy at the thought of getting in a new car! Kind of like proof that all of my work on my credit, is working! And, Isabelle was calling every day or at least every other day! So I go in to the dealership and explain that I am there to see Isabelle. Of course, Isabelle is not there but they happily give me to another salesman. He asks what kind of car I'm interested in....I tell him I'm not really interested in anything specific, I'm just here to let Isabelle know I am done with all the phone calls, and find out what kind of new car I might be able to get in. I tell the salesman that I have NO cash! Just trading in my Taurus, that I know I am upside down in, but Isabelle keeps calling...so here I am! They start running some nmbers and just then, they trade sales guys because the new guy ( not my salesman) can't drive a stick but my salesman can. So now I am with Jordan. He's nice enough but, I feel like I'm starting over. They run a soft-pull on my credit and decide I need to stay "around 22-24K. The new Escape would fit perfect. I test drive one, seems ok so we go in and they do a hard pull on my credit. Now, it seems they can't work anything unless I go with an Ecosport! I find out it's 3-cylinder and am really upset as I made clear to the origunal salesman that I really like having 6, that's what is in my Taurus! I just felt like I was being pushed into the Ecosport. Mind you I was at the dealership for 5 and 1/2 hours when I finally was given back my license and keys! Okay, they did spend a lot of time with me, so I get they were upset but what happened next assured me that THEY WOULD NEVER GET ANOTHER PENNY FROM ME! I was told that since Jordan didn't sell a car that day, he would have to make 100 sales calls! So, that's why Isabelle called me so often!! Then the poor finance guy who couldn't find the necessary paperwork got in trouble with the manager....he looked ready to cry and wouldnt even look at me as he walked by. I don't want the guy doing my paperwork to be "rushed" and I don't want that part of my experience to be rushed. He evidently got in trouble because I was leaving! I had tried to leave several times and was told "just a few more minutes" each time! I told them I'd be back the next day, but after re-living the last 20 minutes of my time at Peoria Ford and doing some research on the Ecosport, I didn't return, and I won't return! I am a Ford girl, born and raised in Detroit, but it's safe to say, if and when I get another car it WILL NOT BE from Peoria Ford. I cannot contribute to company that treats their employees so badly! They should really be ashamed of themselves! I can't remeber all of the names except for Jordan, Tim (I think from Georgia?), and Mark (I think--the original sales guy). More

Very poor I was extremely disappointed with the dealership. Recently purchasing my vehicle, I brought my vehicle to service station, Next day, they did a test d I was extremely disappointed with the dealership. Recently purchasing my vehicle, I brought my vehicle to service station, Next day, they did a test drive and stated the muffler fell off. I went into the service stating it was making some noises. Two days later, I had a major repair as muffler and adding to the total of $1,800.00. I spoke with General Manager-quote, Martha, do you have repairs in your home. I told I would purchase extended warranty. Do you go to the casino? Your taking a chance winning or losing correct. It’s the same thing. I told him I put the trust and value of consumer. So, later the day, salesman came along tried get me into another vehicle with higher payments. I left with extremely angry Charge with $135 just looking at the vehicle. Later time, I did repair my vehicle with no problems and concern with the dealership. Quote also that’s how we make money through our repairs service shop. I love my vehicle but the staff was very blot and rude. I would not recommend them to no one. To make it right they shouldn’t never charge me just to look at the car. More
