Aweful experience +caught in an aweful lease by aweful finan Salesman was good as he sold me on a car I didnt like. But the finance officer (Jim?) was horrible- cold, condescending and literally made me feel like I was victimized by the time it was over ! Somehow he talked me into a long term lease option from “Bank of the West” And he DID NOT explain that I’d be owing soooo much more than the cars value ...BE CAREFUL of this lease offer!! I’ve gone to 2 other Ford dealerships since, and they’re all aware about this horrible lease program and by guess who- yes Peoria Ford! Also,be aware that EVERY person you encounter pertaining to your purchase at Peoria Ford will pull u aside and warn you that if you give ANY sub-par feedback on any of the people you deal with it will effect ALL of them/their jobs- I was never more disgusted with this type of employee “begging“ in my life... Needless to say, I drove away with what I traded a Buick Enclave for (!!!!xxx!!) literally crying and craving a shower after my experience!! I have never liked my car since that purchase date. At my 3 year mark, I found a ford dealership that has a heart and I ended up trading it in for the same model , yes for money due to that Peoria Ford lease, - but I left that dealership with an actual smile this time! -I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT in Peoria Ford again!!! More
I have the car I didn't know I wanted. I had never bought a used car, so I was nervous about this purchase. I saw a couple a cars, one I thought would be perfect--until I saw the Ford Focus I had never bought a used car, so I was nervous about this purchase. Bait and Switch tactic Im beyond upset of what happened to my family today. I found a car online that was located at Peoria Ford which I had called first thing in the mornin Im beyond upset of what happened to my family today. I found a car online that was located at Peoria Ford which I had called first thing in the morning to check if they still had this vehicle. I spoke to Christian Gore, which on the phone he confirmed they had the vehicle. I explained I lived over an hour away and needed to make sure it was there before my family made the drive. Still confirmed yes. I received 3 calls from sales managers confirming the car and if i was still coming to my appt. When we showed up I knew something was off because our sales man did not have the car ready for us and acted like he had to check on it to get it. A few mins later another manager came up and said oh sorry guys we sold it today.... Hmmm so apparently they quote "sold "the vehicle within a few hours of me coming. I said no you did not. You didnt have the vehicle this whole time. I thought back to my converation with Christian and i remembered him saying oh does it have to be that specific car? I told him yes but also wouldnt be opposed to looking at other cars but we are driving out to primarily get that car we saw. They also took down the posting within mins after i got off the phone with them to confirm the car and i just trusted them too much. We drove hour and 30 mins to be lied too and the continuous lies came out of each person we came across in that dealership. Im disgusted that they would take advantage. I am beyond upset, this is the classic bait and switch move and I cannot believe we wasted 3 hrs for these people. More
Came in for diagnostics. Logan was amazing, he did a great job handling my case. I’ve been in many dealerships and I can say Peoria Ford is my favorite. Peoria Ford employees do not stand by their word On several instances I was told one thing and the dealer does the exact opposite. Last experience, purchased vehicle in March 2018. I was not expect On several instances I was told one thing and the dealer does the exact opposite. Last experience, purchased vehicle in March 2018. I was not expecting to make the purchase that day. I had my 2 year old with me. While he was good after that long long process to finally get into the finance managers office my son was ready to go. The finance manager was going over several optional protection products with me. I said I was interested but I needed to read through the details. I asked if I could return later and purchase. He informed me at time of purchase only. I asked him if I purchased the protection products now if I could return them via a form/online or if I had to return to the dealer. He told me return to the dealer. I made the selections. I went home, read through the products. I decided I wanted to cancel one protection product. I fill out the form and fax it to the dealer as requested when I called. I call the company that provided the protection item a few weeks later to see the status of refund. They informed me that they never received anything. I go to the dealership, they have me fill out a new form. Finance manager signs it and I leave. The dealer calls me back a little later and I have to return to the dealer to sign another spot. The lady makes me a copy and I go on my way. I wait a few weeks and call the protection product company and they inform me no cancellation received and the dealer knows how the process. They provided me the process. I go back to the dealer again and this time a finance manager tells me that it was not refundable. Based on the reviews I am seeing on BBB and other websites, this dealership and PFVT Motors, LLC, I'd stay away. I will not be returning even for service. More

Also the manager of service(Keith Covey) states that sorry but thats what the insurance approved meaning that he couldn't get it painted or powder coated to match even though we would of happily paid the$30 to do it so it matched but that's what you get with a lower end company that doesn't care if the car looks good! Worse dealership I ever dealt with Pat Hickey only cares about selling cars and not taking care after the sale very apparent by the type of people who he puts in charge to make sure work gets done the right way!!
