Thay gave me the best price in town on a new f150 the whole team was amazing to work with and that's hard to find in a dealership. whole team was amazing to work with and that's hard to find in a dealership. More
Misleading with prices, Tyler stated truck was a V8 but it was a V6, requested to cancel additions such as gap and warranty, as we were told one price but after we got the paperwork saw a totally different it was a V6, requested to cancel additions such as gap and warranty, as we were told one price but after we got the paperwork saw a totally different price more than double! Was told it was done then called back to confirm and was told gap was not removed, it should not be this difficult to get what is requested completed and get a reply back to an email. What if I didn’t call and just took their confirmation? also was given 2 keys that didn’t work for a brand new truck More

He kept in constant communication with us on cars he found in our range and the type with color in mind. We were so happy to get the message he had the one we wanted. When we came in he greeting us right away and we got down to the dirty work! Went for a test drive, he took our trade in, paperwork flying before we knew it we were shaking his hand walking back to finance with Mark, who is also amazing, and said goodbye to our old car. My husband couldn't be happier. Everyone at Peoria Ford was so kind and helpful along the way, and Ty the car guy, was waving goodbye as we left. We can't thank everyone enough. Ty was definitely our guy! More

I have bought several vehicles and dealerships are notorious for wasting a day and doing whatever it takes to sale a car. This experience was different. Blakley cares about making sure the customer notorious for wasting a day and doing whatever it takes to sale a car. This experience was different. Blakley cares about making sure the customer is happy not just about a sale, which is rare in the car industry. It was busy and they still went out of their way to make my experience personalized and memorable. More
Adam has been so helpful! He was able to find me exactly what I wanted and makes himself available whenever I have questions. I couldn’t recommend him more! He was able to find me exactly what I wanted and makes himself available whenever I have questions. I couldn’t recommend him more! More

I'm really striking out with Ford dealers dealerships in the valley lately... The salesman (Kyle) that I was working with was very professional... unfortunately his upper management (Jason) let him and t the valley lately... The salesman (Kyle) that I was working with was very professional... unfortunately his upper management (Jason) let him and the rest of the team down. I attempted to buy a new Bronco Sport that was listed at an attractive deal, to find out "Sorry, it can't be sold... its being used as a loaner." My suggestion... "You may want to take it off your website showing it for sale." But being that they had some good deals posted, I continued to look at other options (even coming up on price). So I inquire about another that costs about $5k more, but still looking like a very good deal. Guess what? "Sorry, that one isn't for sale... loaner status." So I call the Sales Manager Jason (who who had previously reached out to me). I expressed my frustration and that they may want to take this as a lesson... fix this problem, as it starts to look like bait-and-switch. Jason blamed their website service (really - your web vendor manages your sales inventory?!) and his solution was "Here's what we'll do. We'll put a note in our system to never bother you again. Have a good day." and HUNG UP ON ME!! Jason single-handedly took me from a disappointed customer, to feeling completely disrespected and believing that he is more interested in justifying their shortcomings than fixing them. He also validated that they don't need my money, they have plenty of other customers. That's just not where I want to spend my hard earned money. (I was literally ready to buy today). A GOOD manager will SAVE that customer, but this guy did just the opposite. The leadership sets the overall tone Kyle (salesman)...I'll work with you any day. Call me if you ever land at a dealership that values its customers. I feel bad that your leadership screwed this up for you. More
If I could give no stars, I would. The finance guy, Michel England, swore we could take our 2023 F-150 to any shop under the MPP service agreement to get its oil changed, not once but The finance guy, Michel England, swore we could take our 2023 F-150 to any shop under the MPP service agreement to get its oil changed, not once but three times during the sale. He also said that the MPP Club would cover chips and small dings, and the extended warranty was for 10 years. Well, all of that was completely false. I called him and asked why he told my wife and me all that, but he still insisted that it was true. When I call MPP they siad that the dealership only did the free oil change through them only. We live an hour and a half away. We dont want to travled that far just to do the services. That is why we asked him several times about it before we bought it. This is how the dealership makes money. They promise things that are not true. When I tried to call him back for the last two months, he was never available or did not return my calls. I talked to another finance guy and got nowhere as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM AT ALL. I will be leaving a bad review with Ford as well. More
