"New" 2017 F150. Not the case Came here over the weekend with about getting a truck. Informed the truck wanted was sold to fleet after initially being told the truck was available and the sales person stating it was just in for window tint. The sales manager came over and asked if we would take blue F150. Ultimately, said yes after monthly payment was met and then told the truck had 5,500 miles. Was informed multiple times the truck was new and never registered. Here is where it gets interesting. When I got home, I looked in the glove box and found a parking pass for a high school event from June 2017. The console had crumbs and dirty. There is a high crack in the console next to the cup holder. Found a dirty black plastic fork under the driver seat and best of all found a 30 day temporary registration showing the truck was registered to another person in Surprise on 05/23/2017.. The truck bed has dents, scratches, rock powder, clear coat damage and scratches all over the truck bed. Guess the truck isn't new after all. Bringing the truck back Monday and asking for car back as nothing was actually finalized. More

Awesome Service Department! Took my '17 Focus ST into Pete Murrin in the service department to get some warranty work done (CV boot, known issue with these cars). Pete was extremely professional and personal and ensured that my car was going to be taken care of. I had to wait a couple days for the parts to get in but I had a loaner (17 Expedition with the 3.5 EcoBoost which was surprisingly awesome) and Pete stayed on top of keeping me in the loop on where the parts were and other information most service places wouldn't tell you. I attempted to take my car to another dealership for service but was pushed off and not given the respect and courtesy that Peoria Ford and Pete Murrin gave me. Even though Peoria Ford is 30+ min away from me, I will take my car back to Pete every time. More

Minimal BS, no time wasted if you're ready to buy After having endured the worse experience while attempting to purchase car at a Ford dealership in Surprise I happened to find another of the very car After having endured the worse experience while attempting to purchase car at a Ford dealership in Surprise I happened to find another of the very car I was looking for on the lot at Peoria Ford. I have to say, in all honesty, this was far from the old time "see my scar, buy my car" routine. IT WAS ACTUALLY FUN! The salesman, Jake Tucker, didn't waste my time, we got down to business, and I bought a 2017 Mustang convertible quite PAINLESSLY. And, to top it all off, for the first time I've ever purchased a new car, and I've bought 8 or 9 in my life, for the very first time they had a lovely group of ladies who were very knowledgeable and adept instructors in all of the various features of the new car I had purchased. They made you the customer actually feel as if you were getting value for your hard earned $$$ in making sure you knew pretty much all of the various features and adjustments the car had built into it before you left the lot. Peter Murrin in the service department was very helpful as well in getting the installation of the leather seat covers scheduled in a timely fashion after I took delivery of the car. More
