Our service dept Rotated my tires and didn't replace my key to lug nuts back in my car, had to have them busted off a week later when I was stranded on side of road with a flat tire. The service guy, Cory, was awesome! However, the lobby didn’t have snacks like other Subaru dealerships typically do. Cory did say that they are going to be renovating soon though.
