Treated well. Everyone at Peoria Subaru was great. Went to Moore Jeep to look at the Wrangler went in the show room, was asked what was I looking for I said I would like to look at the Wrangler. My wife and I turned and went out to go to another dealer and was stopped out side by Wally he asked if he could help I said we wanted to look at the Wrangler but it doesn't look like they want to show us one, he walked us over and we looked at a couple, decided the wrangler would not work. Wally said have you looked at the Subaru I said no, we walked over to the lot I drove the outback liked it the rest is history. Before I retired I worked as a manger in retail sales and know that people in sales that take the extra effort to help a customer save a lot of sales like Wally did. More

Vehicle Misdiagnosis I went in to have my vehicle looked at specifically because it was not starting right. It would take several attempted turnovers before starting. I wa I went in to have my vehicle looked at specifically because it was not starting right. It would take several attempted turnovers before starting. I was told nothing was wrong with it. Now I have to return because it is doing the same thing, only worse. I sent my attempted starts to Cory Fox who, after hearing them, stated that it has to come back in; that that noise is not good. I spent 2.5 hours waiting for my vehicle to be repaired only to find out that I got an oil change, wipers replaced, and a tire/rim re-balanced. I was not happy when I was told that there wasn't a problem with my battery. I told Cory my concerns which he also heard when he started my car before I left. More

During the entire time, Brandon was very personable, had a positive attitude, was efficient and professional. He directed me to the lobby, which was very clean and social distancing and mask was being practiced by all that was there. Within a couple of hours or less, Brandon returned to inform me that the service on my Subaru was completed, and was ready outside. Wow!! Great service, my vehicle was well cared for. What a great experience that really made my day. Thank you Brandon for many jobs well done!! More
