We were able to drive the exact vehicle we were looking at online. Buying a vehicle is still a lengthy process, but Spencer made it enjoyable. The showroom/sales experience went well. It went downhill from there. We had a problem getting the license plate. We called and spoke with the salesperson who said they could assist with the matter. It was not resolved so I called and left messages for a Service Excellence person and for a manager. They did not return the calls. We traveled 30 minutes to the dealerships on three occasions and still no resolution. We were promised gas we never received. The issue was finally resolved with a very nice Title employee, Melanie, when we called the Jeep/Dodge telephone number. She emailed a temporary plate extension to us. More

My saga from my 1st complaint continues with this place. 3 weeks after my purchase,I called about financing acct # and registration stuff. I was told the finance company wanted to speak to me. And no one to 3 weeks after my purchase,I called about financing acct # and registration stuff. I was told the finance company wanted to speak to me. And no one told me!! So I call to find out that all they wanted to do was confirm my phone number. I asked the sales guy about my preapproval from capital one he told me, they can say that now, but doesn't mean it will go thru. Really? Well CapOne was the one who financed me right there, but after speaking to them on the phone, I wasn't able to get special financing because I went thru dealership. WOW is all I can say. So I put a complaint in with them about the dealership. Now for maintenance..I didn't get any info about what to do or where to go. No follow up. No free oil change. No call to see how I was. Just these surveys. In which I was asked to call them after my first one. I would never recommend this place and the salesman really needs a different job. His type is the reason I don't like car salesmen to begin with. More
