I was very disappointed to see that only a couple employees were wearing face masks. Shame on you for not wanting to protect your customers more. Every precaution was taken to ensure my safety (and everyone else's) during this COVID 19 crisis. I had no qualms about going in for service. Cory Fox is very knowledgeable, customer-focused, and and a pleasure to work with. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and Cory made sure that everything that needed to be done was done. The cost was very reasonable, and I never worry about the quality of the work done. I won't take my Subaru anywhere else. More

Disappointing Experience I saw a vehicle advertised online and wanted to come and check it out. While I am overall happy with the vehicle, it was a very frustrating experienc I saw a vehicle advertised online and wanted to come and check it out. While I am overall happy with the vehicle, it was a very frustrating experience. I confirmed that the vehicle was there before I left. When I got there, they could not find the vehicle. I asked if it had been sold. (I was concerned about a bait and switch). Luckily after driving around the entire lot, it was found. I did like the vehicle. Next came frustration with the negotiation process. I did have a trade in (if I was going to get a decent amount for it, if not then I would sell it on my own). After they ran all the numbers we realized they were only going to give me $55 for my vehicle (yes, $55). I was ready to walk away. The manager came out and apologized and said it was a computer glitch. We were able to negotiate the price to reflect the actual numbers. When I left, I forgot my garage door opener. It took a week to get it back. (This is after several calls and emails) I have never received the second vehicle key (despite numerous calls to the dealer). Because I went through the internet to find the vehicle, I was supposed to get a $25 gift card for the test drive. I had to request this several times before the manager finally sent it to me. Did I mention, they didn't even have cold water available. (minor, but after being there for several hours, in the summer, it was frustrating. (This did have a water fountain available. More
