Overall I like the dealership. When I call w/problem they fit me in. This time I had been in 10 days before this visit because my battery had to be jumped and they had me come in and tested battery and they fit me in. This time I had been in 10 days before this visit because my battery had to be jumped and they had me come in and tested battery and it was found to be fine. But 10 days later the car was struggling to start. Brother tested cells with hand gauge and found dead cell. Took car into dealer and this time car battery tested bad. I was not happy because this was a second trip (location not convenient to me) and I could have been stranded somewhere when battery would not start. More

The rear springs were to have an inspection per warranty. Paintwork was completed on schedule, and springs were said to be replaced. The car was returned much more dirty than it was brought in. The roof and hood were heavily coated in what looked to be body shop dust. The were large splotches of whitish dried liquid across the roof. The interior had dust and handprints on surfaces from materials unknown as well. A simple wash would have made it look like the job was done with pride. Obviously, it wasn't, and the message to us was "Peoria Subaru cares about the sale but not your service". When I take my 11 year old Ford to my Ford dealer for service, they always wash it, present a check sheet for what was inspected, my service advisor shows me the work done and any items that may need future servicing. Not so at Peoria Subaru. Makes one wonder what goes on in the actual servicing..... Brad Swenson was my service advisor and was knowledgeable, courteous and truly seemed to care about the customer. I was happy with Brad, unhappy about the service department's way of treating my car. More
2 hour wait for a scheduled oil change I have never had to wait so long for an oil change that was scheduled. When I came in I was told it would be about an hour wait.
