Peoria Subaru

I placed an appointment to have my vehicle looked at, dropped it off on time, utilized the shuttle service and all was good up to this point. I asked if I could wait for the car and was told that ther dropped it off on time, utilized the shuttle service and all was good up to this point. I asked if I could wait for the car and was told that there a lot of hangover from the previous days work so they didn’t know when they would get to my car. I left and heard nothing until I called at 3:00 PM and was told that my car hadn’t even been looked at and could I pick it up the following day? I replied that is not good for me but can try and make that happen. Then I get a call 45 minutes later from the shuttle driver stating they are on their way? I asked if my car was done and she replied that I wouldn’t have called if it wasn’t. I have had work completed on my car twice and this is the same issue both times. Service is backed up and nobody calls to tell you what is going on. We have a Lexus, Chevy and Volkswagen as well and never have any such issues at those dealerships. More

The finance and contract gentleman (sorry for not remembering his name) was courteous, professional and personal. The experience was by far the best I have ever had from any auto dealer. Met with the service department over an issue that I could not figure out and they wee very helpful in resolving my issues and in explaining some features that I did not full understand. This Dealership is awesome when we walked in we didn't know what to expect. But we were greeted with smiles and friendly people and they helped us find a really awesome car.
