caught a problem before it became a problem! I had my Forester appt to do 2 minor recalls and my 45 months check-up. When I pulled into the service center, my technician heard me stop and start the car (I had forgotten to put my windows up.) He came over and asked me how old the battery was. I told him I hadn't changed it since I bought it (approximately 38 months before). He asked me if it was OK to check the battery and install one if it was needed and I approved. When I picked it up 2 years later, it was humming like a baby. The technician told me that the car was literally dying as they were pulling it in for work. I have always had excellent service and Dan Halliburton is top-notch. More

However, when I picked up my car the inside smelled of oil, and there was black, grease and oil all over the to be done and was great to work with.
