Good Dealer Service Center Services were provided as promised. However, we waited in the customer area for the shuttle to take us to a nearby mall during the 2-hour service. So we walked to the mall. One more suggestion for the dealer: do not change the auto-headlights setting while you have the car in your possession. Since I always keep the headlights on auto, the next time I drive at night I forget that you've turned off my headlights. That can create a dangerous situation. More

Sales person Roy was somewhat rude to me and paid more attention to my husband even though I was the one purchasing the car. No phone call or follow up with me after telling me that he would call former o attention to my husband even though I was the one purchasing the car. No phone call or follow up with me after telling me that he would call former owner to see if they had another key for the car. Stopped by in person to get tires filled with air as it was given to me with tire pressure light on. Was told by a manager (Randy?), that he would reach out to the sales man and have him get back to me about the extra key...nothing, no phone call at all from anyone. It seems that once they get their sale you are no longer important. I now have to go buy an extra key fob for $300 as I have no idea if the former owner has it, since no one has responded to me. Very disappointed in the service. Financing went well and Pete was great but salesman Roy not so much More
