Service itself was good; Reservation for appointment, not! I initially made the appointment via the website. Big mistake...there is no correlation between the website the the service center. However, when I decided to call the service center to confirm my appointment (no confirmation from the website), I was told that I would be charged for the service. I complained about the initial appointment via the website, but the service center rep said that they couldn't do anything about it. Perhaps whoever reads this review can. More

Not the best but not the worst I decided to check out a used Subaru at Peoria Subaru and right off the bat I did not get a good feeling but decided to go forward as the salesperson I decided to check out a used Subaru at Peoria Subaru and right off the bat I did not get a good feeling but decided to go forward as the salesperson was trying very hard. I found a car I liked at a price that fit my budget. I found my own financing and communicated to the dealership that my lender needed the purchase order which would be the amount of the car. They would not send it to the bank even though I thought they did. It came down to my last time to the dealership when I was told some song and dance about me getting my own financing and I should have a check from the bank. It was all a game and then they said no problem they could do the financing directly there as my bank was one of their preferred vendors blah blah blah. It was all a game to get me to buy their gap coverage and extended warranty. I probably would have spent less with the bank's coverage. I am annoyed at the deception yet again from a car dealership. Lesson learned if they won't do what I am reasonably asking then walk away. My last car purchase was not this difficult. This place even had me come in for an extra time to "fill out paperwork" which in hindsight was not needed. I already had my financing. Also, my old car loan was not paid off by the end of September and I purchased on 9/20 so it looks like I will be paying more. What a racket! They have good prices for cars just be prepared for a song and dance on financing. More
