Loose piece in steering wheel, steering column opened. I went in for an oil change, and to have a recall maintenance performed on the car. After the service, I went home and noticed the sound of what seeme I went in for an oil change, and to have a recall maintenance performed on the car. After the service, I went home and noticed the sound of what seemed to be a loose part inside the steering wheel (when I turned it, you could hear it rolling). I also saw the steering column plastic cover was clearly opened and not re-assembled. I had to return back to the dealership, where one of their techs argued with me that they didn't go into my steering wheel. After check up on the issue, the noise was confirmed as a loose connector to my air bag. Subaru Peoria reinstalled my airbag correctly free of charge due to safety. (They should of charged me). Now I am not thrilled I had to go back for service twice in 1 week, however I appreciate that they corrected the issue free of charge to me for my safety in this vehicle. If I was in an accident my airbag might not have deployed correctly. Thanks! More

Had another dealership literally lecture me on how my idea of a lower price was a rude fantasy. Peoria Subaru was willing to work with me and in the end I got the Ascent touring at a price I was happy with. Luigi and Michael worked wonders late on a Friday night to not only make an awesome deal but also to watch my kids and keep them laughing and having fun through the whole experience. This dealership leaves the impression of joining a family not just buying a car. I highly recommend More

The car I was looking for was something very rare as manual v Walked in on a random Tuesday to take a look at something that needed to meet my budget. The car I was looking for was something very rare as manual vehicles are something of the past. Getting down to negotiations was something I was more willing to do to ensure the numbers fit and we had an answer pretty quick. There were a couple of disappointments but that was due to my situation, they accommodated me and did their best to put a deal that made sense for both parties. Success. I was able to live with what they provided and was treated with professionalism and respect the entire time. The finance manager I was working with was Pete and he was great to work with. Finance is finance, just takes time but made it as pleasant as possible. Overall my experience was as quick as I made it, easy and pleasant. 10/10 would do business again and will have confidence in sending my family and friends to do business with Moore Subaru and Tristan.
