A little disappointed. I would tell anyone I recommended this place to that they should be sure to make sure the ENTIRE service was completed. I choose to have my service done here because my buying process was exceptionally good. But having said that I want it known that I drive from central Phoenix. A thirty to forty minute drive. I could easily go three minutes down the street to Camelback Subaru whom in my opinion are sleezy. I've been here for service on four occasions. All were fine. But this last time I was a little disappointed that my vehicle didn't get washed and that once I left the dealership and discovered that my rear windshield washer reservoir was completely empty. It had not been checked and therefore not filled. Brandon was nice, polite accommodating. I feel like he did his job exceptionally well.But I really want my service experience to be as exceptional as the sales experience. More

My only complaint is that I made 3 appointments to have my airbag replaced; each appointment was cancelled because the part would be ordered then used for someone else's recall replacement. Each appointment taken by Maria, who would say she couldn't get a hold of me because my cell voicemail box was full, which was untrue because I had other voicemails left from friend and family members that day. When I called the third time to schedule the appointment, I told Maria, the service schedule person, over the phone that I needed a loaner to go to work and she kept telling me it was "first come first serve." Every time I have brought my car over I was always given a loaner so I can head to work. I was hoping Maria would have documented in the service notes, but she didn't. I had to ask a family member to come pick me up and use their car to use for the day. The customer service would be rated a 5 if I hadn't had that experience with Maria. Dan, the service guy, is truly wonder and professional. More

Disappointed The changes made to my Subaru were disappointing. No one explained the changes and I was surprised it does not work the same. Also, they refused to get my CD out of the old system. NOW I don’t even use the CD player for fear of losing another CD. The only good thing is, this was a brand new CD and I should be able to replace it. However, some of my CDs would be difficult, if not impossible to replace. More
