When our new Subaru arrived, we drove down to Peoria to pick it up and met David for the first time face to face. Our Subaru was exactly the way that we ordered it. David was very knowledgeable, he explained,reviewed,showed and/or demonstrated all the features to us in detail. He was very efficient in processing the final paperwork. Neither the manager nor the salesman gave us any "hype" which was a pleasant relief after car shopping for several days. Mitchell spent a lot of time on the test drives comparing the Forrester and Outback performance. We ended up buying the Outback and were very happy with out decision.
