My appt on June 14 was to install parts ordered a 5 days earlier. Both of my service visits (6/9 & 6/14) were handled by Dan Halliburton who is always very friendly and explains the service clearly. Well let me begin by saying I had a 9:30 appointment and still waited 15 minutes for Dan Hillinbranton to be done with checking a customer out. Mr. Dan has no personality and enthusiasm in his job. I came in for and oil change and a problem with my exhaust system, apparently the part that was not right is called a mid-pipe and is very expensive supposedly. Well instead of maybe offering a weld which what I had done to your service department didn't bother offering and just suggested that I get the mid pipe fixed for almost $1900.00 with no consideration of what this world is like right now and if I just have 2k laying around. I will never return to this dealer as to these people have no integrity in their values just nothing but greed. Also in January oil change was $60, went up $30 dollars in just 3 months. Not cool.
