Set up an appointment for a mandatory recall for my imperza. I was under the impression from the scheduling rep that the server would have been completed the same day. Upon arrival they took my keys. It was not until 10 min later after I asked if they needed anything else the server rep informed me that this was just an appointment for a inspection only. If I did not ask I would have just left when my ride back to work arrived. Poor communication. More
Took 3 hr. wait for routine recall re Crosstrek. When I finally asked when it was going to be done, Service Rep. who hardly seemed to know why I was there said, "oh, they just finished". Yet when my car was brought up front, it was really hot, indicating that it had been sitting out in the sun for some time, presumably after service was done. Service was also to include a general inspection. But after my first stop for groceries, I came out to find out that I had a dead battery, and then spent 2 hrs. waiting for road service. More
Dealer/service center was great but I am a bit concerned of a recall I had done recalled again! In addition, I'm not sure why I went to the dealer for a recalled part to find out it had to be ordered even of a recall I had done recalled again! I am upset that I had to go back a second, actually 3rd time (including 1rst recall) for the same problem! More
