Mr Garrett was not friendly and not really helpful. I asked him about my future 60,000 miles service that is coming up soon and he just gave me the list and said “you can take a picture of it if you wa I asked him about my future 60,000 miles service that is coming up soon and he just gave me the list and said “you can take a picture of it if you want”. He did not explain on what are the things that needs to be done on the next service. He just assumed that I know what those things written on the paper and expected me to figure it out on my own. After that, I was not comfortable with him helping me and would likely not want him to help me in the future. I have never treated poorly at this subaru location before Mr Garett. I hope that I would not be placed under his care in the future. More
