For the second time Moore Subaru Service overfilled my Crosstrek on the oil change. After running the engine, the oil was an inch above the fill dot on the oil stick. I checked with Surprise Subaru and th Crosstrek on the oil change. After running the engine, the oil was an inch above the fill dot on the oil stick. I checked with Surprise Subaru and the service manager there told me that with the 4 Subarus he owns, he overfills the oil because Subarus are notorious for using oil & should never be low on oil. At this point I don’t know what to do. Who should I talk to to end this dilemma.??? More

The online scheduling doesn't give price estimate and time estimates meaning that I didn't find out how expensive the visit that day was going to be and didn't know I would have to sit there for 4 hours time estimates meaning that I didn't find out how expensive the visit that day was going to be and didn't know I would have to sit there for 4 hours to get the service completed.
