Service visit. Had a check engine light come on so made an appointment, Dropped the car off got a rental and received a call a few hours later. Sam explained that the part was not covered under the extended warranty but was only a minor problem. He told me the cost and how long it would take. I was glad to be informed about the status of my car. Got a call a little while later to pick it up. Went in and Sam went over what was done and I was on my way.
