The wait time is RIDICULOUS. I made an appointment to purchase & replace ONE SINGLE TIRE and it took them nearly 3 hours! Ridiculous! I could have changed the tire myself in far l I made an appointment to purchase & replace ONE SINGLE TIRE and it took them nearly 3 hours! Ridiculous! I could have changed the tire myself in far less time than that. If it took 3 hours to change 1 single tire, imagine 4 tires. On top of that, when I called to ask for the price of the tire and service, I was quoted at $250 and after the service and single tire was completed, the final bill came out to $330. An extra $80 for no reason. Why wouldn’t they tell me that from the beginning? My local Mavis Discount Tire had the same exact tire for $215 + $20 labor. I figured for an extra $15 (Cadillac’s quote), I get it done by the dealer itself. Very bad decision on my end. Aside from the above, Every time I come here, I have to wait hours and hours. Even for a single oil change or tire rotation. It’s just ridiculous. Management needs to hire more techs or do a better job scheduling appointments. The only reason I come here is because they are my local dealership. But if you have alternative dealers, forget these guys. With that said, this complaint has nothing to do my service advisor. He was a really nice and courteous guy and I apologize to him for expressing my frustration. It’s just ridiculous I had to wait 3 hours!!! its definitely a management thing. More

Great Experience I've visited Pepe Cadillac frequently over tge past few months, with my heart set on purchasing/ leasing an Escalade. Each time that I walked into t I've visited Pepe Cadillac frequently over tge past few months, with my heart set on purchasing/ leasing an Escalade. Each time that I walked into this dealership, I was treated courteously and with pure professionalism. In January, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. DAVIS and I subsequently met Mr. Rodriguez. I must say both gentlemen were 100% more patient with me and my level of indecisiveness that I could've imagined. Over the few weeks after my initial meeting, I called Mr. Davis with my criteria for the vehicle that I wanted and I always received patience and more importantly respect. Unfortunately, I've frequented other dealerships in Queens and the reception wasn't always respectful. So, I have to make mention of this because it was truly appreciated. I would recommend Pepe Cadillac without hesitation, because my experience there was truly remarkable! Thank you. More
