Excellent service and quick too! Had a blow out on Easter Sunday while travelling. Got to Pepe Cadillac first thing Monday morning without an appointment. Service visit. I had to have my car towed in so I called Sam and he gave me the number to call for roadside. When I got there with the car he was outside waiting for I had to have my car towed in so I called Sam and he gave me the number to call for roadside. When I got there with the car he was outside waiting for me and the rental car was ready too.. He called me the next day told me what the problem was and a few other items that were covered by the extended warranty. The car also needed a few maintenance items too. He told me the prices and we did it. He called me to let me know when the parts came in and when it would be finished. Smooth process as is always the case when I go there. Top notch service. More
