Service was provided in a timely manner. I was told that fluids had been topped off. Two days of use later, I got a notice my windshield fluid was low. The vehicle was taken in for a rear win I was told that fluids had been topped off. Two days of use later, I got a notice my windshield fluid was low. The vehicle was taken in for a rear window washer issue. When I opened my hood the top to the washer fluid bottle was open and there was no fluid in the bottle. When I first sat in my car after being repaired, I noticed a 3 1/2" diameter, white piece of plastic on my steering column. Sam made sure the car was taken back into the shop. I was told it was part of the mirror assembly that had been removed to work on the washer fluid issue. Sam did a good job getting me in for service and kept me informed as to the progress of the repair. More

Worth the Drive From my initial intake-related phone call with Melanie Rippy, to the lovely one-on-one with Kenny Sternesky the entire process was as good as it's eve From my initial intake-related phone call with Melanie Rippy, to the lovely one-on-one with Kenny Sternesky the entire process was as good as it's ever been. Melanie was efficient and quick to answer all of my concerns in an effort to help avoid any unnecessary trips to the dealer given the distance I had to travel to get there (40+ miles each way on any given day). Then, working the numbers with Kenny was also an amusingly pleasant experience; he is a person of integrity and his transparency was refreshingly welcome. Things had gone so well, I was certain the "F&I" experience would sour the experience (as it has in my past), but Corey Jones set a new bar. I've purchased 6 vehicles, to date, and Corey's my new "number 1." No hidden fees, no unusual APR changes last minute, no "we need more money down" situations, etc. Furthermore, he valued my time with organization and concise explanations of every single piece of documentation requiring a signature. A good sales experience makes for return service visits. And if anyone is wondering, the CPO ATS was meticulously cared for, and reconditioned accordingly :-) More
