My service experience I brought my car in because the key fobs weren't working. oil change special and to get my wheels repaired with the warranty I purchased. I dropped my car off last Thursday figuring it would be a day or two and got a loaner car. It turned out to take until this past Tuesday before I could pick the car up because of the wheel work. It seemed like every time I would start to wonder about the car being ready, I would get a phone call from Jason giving me an update. I never once had to call to find out what was going on. I don't know if this is your training or Jason is just that good at his job? Either way I just wanted to reach out to you to let you know Jason and the product you are providing are the best and the reason I drive down to Pepe Cadillac. Mt. Kisco is much closer to my work, but I keep fighting that 287 traffic knowing that I will have a great experience having work done on my car with you guys. Always a pleasure dealing with Pepe. More
