The reason for my visit was for a recall as well as fixing an air vent. I arrived at approximately 0830hrs. and was greated by Richard Kerrigan. He was polite and professional. He took my information ans asked if I would like some coffee. He directed me to the waiting area which was very comfortable. While I was waiting, Richard Kerrigan came to the waiting area and was conversing with myself and several other men. To my surprise, my auto was completed at 0925hrs.. Again, Richard Kerrigan came to the waiting area, informed me that my auto was completed and asked if there was anything else he could assist me with. Unlike most dealerships I have visited over the years, Richard Kerrigan made my visit pleasant and I had a feeling that I was with FRIENDS. Richard Kerrigan should be commended.
