I have had many issues with Cadillac dealers in the past(GEIS< CURRY and permier) when serving my SRX but i have brought my car to Ron and PEPE and is clearly the best customer service agent i have eve past(GEIS< CURRY and permier) when serving my SRX but i have brought my car to Ron and PEPE and is clearly the best customer service agent i have ever dealt with. I am a VP at a local hospital and deal with many companies but the dealer is the best. I peronally have a VW, Nissan and a ford but Ron clearly is the best! he took the time to explain my repairs and even called the next day to make sure i was satisfied. This was my first experience with Pepe Cadillac and they hit a home run with me. I have been going to another dealership in Ct. and NO MORE. My service advisor RON BALD is a huge factor why i will be coming hit a home run with me. I have been going to another dealership in Ct. and NO MORE. My service advisor RON BALD is a huge factor why i will be coming back. He is by far the most polite, kind and caring advisor that i have had to deal with. My wife and myself stopped in just to shop for a new/used CTS which we were going to purchase in the fall. To make a long story short.....we bough a new CTS (demo). I brought my 2008 CTS for a small recall and while there wanted to take care of a 'rotational' noise my car was making and to replace my daytime running lights. I thought the noise was caused by the rotors wanted to take care of a 'rotational' noise my car was making and to replace my daytime running lights. I thought the noise was caused by the rotors and expected to spend some money replacing it. We went for a test drive, the mechanic who was very polite, said right away that it was a hub. turned out that the hub and the bulbs were under warranty!! They also paid for my rental car for the day, which is pretty standard if you are a Cadillac owner. But the staff was great, the waiting room was clean and had free coffee and cookies and chips. The Service Advisor that worked with me was Ron Bald, and he was very respectful and knowledgeable. I mean...I walked out of there with a zero $ bill when I fully expected to spend a few hundred. They seemed very honest and were def very friendly. I will be going back there for future services. Thanks Pepe Caddy!! Dan C. More
The reason for the ratings given is because of the sales consultant David & sales manager Tony ability to deal with my needs in a quick & no nonsense attitude, i told them what I would like to pay for the t consultant David & sales manager Tony ability to deal with my needs in a quick & no nonsense attitude, i told them what I would like to pay for the truck & with a quick walk from David to Tony a deal was quickly made.The typical " let me check with my manager" and the salesperson is gone for 10-15 minutes did not happen.The last thing for me to add is it's these guy's get it. Both my sister and I were in the market for a new SUV and were shopping for the SRX Crossover. From the minute we entered the dealership, we were treated with respect and honesty. I truly felt no pressure and genuine answers for all my questions and concerns! The transaction was quick and informative. Paul was extremely friendly and also, very knowledgeable about the SRX Crossover! My experience at this dealership was pleasant and unique. Different from other dealerships I have dealt with, BMW, Mercedes,Audi and Jaguar. Pepe Cadiallac is by far the best!! More
