I was looking for a used Infiniti M35x to buy, so I began searching the internet and visiting delearships in my area to see if I could find a good deal on one. The car I was looking for had to meet specific requirements, some of those requirements included: Low Miles Clean Technology package Journey package Grey Exterior color After about three weeks of searching, test driving, and looking at cars at various dealerships, I came across Perfect Auto's website, which showed a car that matched my specifications exactly. I called and spoke to the General Manager, and set up an appointment to come down and see the car. I was greeted by a very nice man who introduced himself as the GM. He took me to the car and I was instantly impressed at how clean it was - in fact, all the cars on the lot (about 30) looked in great condition and did not look like used cars at all. I test drove the car and decided that it was the one I wanted, so I sat down with the GM to negotiate. Although the price of the car on their website was their lowest price(Internet special pricing), I was still able to save another $500 on the car. What I ended up with was a car that had very low miles, clean and with all the options I wanted - at $2,500.00 less than the sticker price. I would have given them a number 5 rating for quatity of work as well, but an unfortunate accident happened while I was on my way to pick up the car. A customer from a garage next door to the dealership had reversed into the right fendor causing some minor damage. Although it was no fault of the dealership, they repaired the damage as best, and as quickly as they could. I could not wait because I had to travel in a few days. Although I was disappointed that the accident had occured, I was satisfied with the results and very please with my purchase. I would recommend Perfect Auto to anyone who is looking for a quality used car at a bargain price. I plan to visit then again next year, when my wife is ready to buy her next 'neuse' car. Do not purchase from this dealer. I called to inquire about the vehicle. I spoke to a middle eastern man. He was rude. I asked him about the price, he said there is no room for negotiation. If you are hesitant about visiting the dealership make sure you talk to Dean. He's extremely knowledgeable, very honest and goes above and beyond for customers. I didn't work with anyone else at the dealership so I cannot comment on them. I will definately direct any family or friends to them if there is a car purchase in their future. The showroom and the lot is clean and organized, as is the selection of cars. I love my vehicle(2005 G35X) and was extremely happy to get the exact color combination and trim level, with the price being an added bonus! Definately check this dealership out before going to the big boys and you will be surprised how comfortable they make you feel and the speed involved, instead of waiting around for someone to help you. Mr. Mustafa Masumi and all the folks at Perfect Auto were a pleasure to work with. During my initial visit, I test drove four cars and wasn't pressured at all. I live in Reisterstown, MD and Manassas, VA is quite a long way to drive for me but I would highly recommend Perfect Auto to anyone looking for a nice, clean, late-model car. They seem to specialize in Infiniti but they had a large selection of Nissans, Audis, and even Mercedes as well. Once I purchased the car, I came back twice to complete the purchase and for tags and registration and Perfect Auto made the process easy. They even installed -- as per the promotion on the FX35 that I bought -- a rear-seat DVD player at no cost. I'm not saying that ever car they sell comes with this perk, but in the very least you'll enjoy a no-pressure browsing experience of some very fine, fairly priced cars. I am reporting Perfect Auto to the state of Virginia. I too was drawn in by price. They don't know anything about Mercedes maintenance except how to cover up accidents w/ bodywork. I just traded the car I bought from them after spending thousands of dollars to get fixed. The Mercedes appraiser told me 75% of the car had been repainted indicating a large accident. They showed me the carfax which revealed nothing. I have to think they were aware of this, or were even the ones to paint the car. I feel that they were dishonest in all areas. I even called to follow up, and never heard anything back from them surprise. I do not recommend anyone use this dealer. More
