Over charge on my debt card I usually don't write reviews but the level of service and incompetence regarding this transaction requires a response. I brought a new CR-V from Perf I usually don't write reviews but the level of service and incompetence regarding this transaction requires a response. I brought a new CR-V from Perfection Honda in 2011. Perfection Honda has been servicing this car since then and this last service was no exception. After they performed the service they charged my credit card $1,400 plus for the service when in fact they were only suppose to charge my card $515.00!! I contacted Perfection Honda to address the error and they told me that they requested the $900.00 be returned back to my account and that it may take 3-5 days to be returned! This was Perfection Honda's mistake and they told me to be patient and let the process work (Perfection Honda asked me to be patient while nearly a thousand dollars of my money worked it's way back into my account!). Of course I was upset and I made phone calls to the general manager and sales manager - neither has returned my phone call (but out of fairness to the general manager he was out of the office until December 14th). However, the rest of the Perfection Honda team was rude, unprofessional, and displayed a level of incompetence that I would not expect from a car dealership. When I was expressing my concerns to the accounting department, they were more interested in blaming me than doing their job!!! I had heard that Perfection Honda was screwed up but I took a chance on them. When I talked to Mike in the accounting department he threaten to hang up on me and probably did not call the merchant service assistant line that Wells Fargo provided to expedite the return of my money. If Mike is the supervisor, I see where this staff get their attitude.... Hey Mike, poor performance is tolerated by a poor supervisor. Even though I brought by car there I won't be bring it back.... And from my perspective, that is too bad because when I buy a new car - and I have brought a number of new cars - I always let the dealer service it. So now, I have to take my car further away from my home because Perfection Honda hires incompetence fools. This should have never happened! My rating of Perfection Honda would be less than one and i won't recommend them to others. More
Good experience buying a new car Just bought a new car from Rich at Perfection Honda. Just came in for recall service on our Pilot, but ended up trading it in on a new CRV. Extra level of concern for the customer! I received prompt service and attention to detail, very friendly people, very accommodating. When it was found that I needed new brakes and tires righ I received prompt service and attention to detail, very friendly people, very accommodating. When it was found that I needed new brakes and tires right away, I was prepared to bring the car back in the next day, as it was closing time. But Joe set me up in a loaner car because he didn't want me driving my own until everything was fixed. I really appreciated that level of concern! More

My 115,000 mile Honda CRV I have been bringing my 2007 CRV to Perfection Honda since I purchased it in 2008. They are wonderful to work with. The reason my car runs so well i I have been bringing my 2007 CRV to Perfection Honda since I purchased it in 2008. They are wonderful to work with. The reason my car runs so well is because of the service it has received from Perfection Honda. I never felt pressured to purchase a repair and honestly depend on them to tell me what routine maintenance is needed. The service rep, Christine W. who took care of me was absolutely wonderful. I will continue to take my 2007 CRV to Honda for repairs and when I am ready to buy a new car it will be from Perfection Honda. More

TPMS amber warning light cause fixed at Perfection Honda Thursday morning, 13 July '17, as I was heading off to an appointment, my TPMS amber warning light came on, so I called ahead as I was driving in and Thursday morning, 13 July '17, as I was heading off to an appointment, my TPMS amber warning light came on, so I called ahead as I was driving in and spoke with Brandi to make sure your service dept would be able to take care of my CR-V. Brandi was exemplary in her courtesy and professionalism in reassuring me that the service technicians would assess the likely cause and set forth what would need to be done to correct the issue. The RR tire needed to be replaced. Since that needed to be done, it made since to go ahead and rotate all the tires at that time. An hour and a half later, I was on my way. Relatively minor note for improvement: my CR-V was not washed when I paid, but when I brought it to the attention of "valet" guys, it was taken care of right away More
