I called about a "rare" RAM 2500 regular cab that had just arrived as a trade-in. The photos online where pixelated and I couldn't get a sense of the truck. Pictures arrived quickly and long story short she was completely forthright about their inspection, service and needs getting the vehicle ready to be sold and was extremely helpful working with my schedule (11 hour round-trip drive) and diligently communicated with me for more than a week while service and detail prepped the vehicle. Finally and most importantly, Alyssa made every attempt to make sure everything detail was communicated so I didn't arrive only to be disappointed. As an aside, this was also the quickest F&I I have dealt with in 30 years of buying cars. I have written a follow-up review due to lack of response and helpfulness after my vehicle being back in the shop with less than 500 miles. I have not asked for anything more than information and clarifications regarding work done at their shop prior to my purchase. Update March 6th. I have written an additional update to my service review. Jacob has been helpful and did reimburse me for by out-of-pocket repair expense I incurred. My experience would have been exceptional had it not been for incomplete work and and information. More

The process was good & fast but we're told someone would fill up my car purchase with gas & it was less than 3/4 full when we left. After getting home we noticed the oil hadn't been changed & was at 27% so fill up my car purchase with gas & it was less than 3/4 full when we left. It isn't brand new but is a 2019 & I didn't expect to have to have the oil changed so quickly. More

So impressed! I stopped by Performance CJDR, to just inquire about a random problem I was having with my Jeep. I had never been there before, so was not sure what to expect.
