I had two cars serviced and I must say that the costumer service is lacking to say the least. Unfriendly, unapproachable with concerns, and unprofessional. The service writer knew right away what was wrong with my radio and told me when the update would be available to correct the issue. Terrible experience. We couldn't get anyone to call us back, not even the service manager (Adam). We left the car for a week for a recheck.
