Setting up the appointment by phone was very easy and they were very flexible in terms of finding a time slot on weekend to have the car serviced. They did not try to up-sale or push any "recommended" services in advance. They inspected the car, found no problems and just performed the services recommended by the manufacturer. The price was fair for a 30k miles, the car was promptly delivered and washed. Overall, everything was as expected and the quality of work was good. More

i went to every dealership in my town went to newark and then i came across performance.. i was aimed more toward a dodge dart at every dealership i went to even when i went to performance.. then i came acr then i came across performance.. i was aimed more toward a dodge dart at every dealership i went to even when i went to performance.. then i came across a malibu ltz and and after test driving fell in love with it instead..in my home town i was looking at 360 i wanted around 300 and drew got me almost exactly there and after thought i wanted to be around 250 drew got me at 247 on the malibu and then i added extras myself from that point...money was a big factor with my car buying experience and drew helped me get exactly what i was looking for price wise..as for customer service words cant explain AMAZING OUTSTANDING im not sure anything u can think i cant find a exact word..i felt like we were friends i didnt feel like a customer at a dealership i felt like i was car shopping with a friend..absolutely NO PRESSURE nothing but help all the dealerships i had been to prior they had sweat dripping down their heads about my purchase you could tell thats all they cared about not with drew..i actually didnt even buy the first day he stayed past his work hour 2 probably even 3 hours that night the next evening i came up and again he stayed past his hours actually the dealership was closed both nights before we left...when i left the 1st night i knew i was coming back to buy all the others i knew i wasnt coming back as long as im buying cars and drew is selling them i will be going to performance for all by purchases in the future...Thank you Performance and thank you very much Drew.. i love my car.. i currently have a 2012 dodge advenger se that has been sitting on there lot since 2 weeks before Christmas and still is there. i have a warranty through enterprise that said to take it in to them have it sitting on there lot since 2 weeks before Christmas and still is there. i have a warranty through enterprise that said to take it in to them have it fixed and they would cover it. well 3 days after it had been there i received a call stating that there was nothing wrong with the car but he would have the engine guy take it apart to farther assess the situation that being said they still didn't know what was wrong with it the car wont get over 125 degrees so the heat doesn't get hot and actually blows out cold air on the passenger side. that being said tim just called me today 1/21/14 very rude with me stating that i needed to return my rental that they provided me with and that my car has not been fixed. he told me he had contacted enterprise and that they denied to have it fixed said he was going to call them again after we got off the phone. i waited 10 min called enterprise and talked to the person he said he would contact again and he said he has not heard a word from any one at performance so still i sit with their rental and our car not fixed although i am very happy with the 2013 dart that they provided us our car is still yet not fixed nor resolved. i do not recommend any one to use preformances service department for any reason More

I just purchased a custom made Wrangler Rubicon X Unlimited from Drew Haag. I have been dealing with Drew since this summer on working out exactly what type of Jeep I needed. He is the new age sales person, not pushy or shady but rather completely honest and open with prices and trade-in quote. He would email back immediately (even when he was off for paternity leave). I emailed him exactly what I wanted to pay for the jeep and what I wanted for my trade-in. We setup a time to meet and signed the paperwork- no questions asked. I spent my time to workout a great price which allowed me to work with several dealers in the region. I asked each dealer to give me an out-the-door price with all the breakdown costs. I emailed about 12 dealers and Drew was the only sales representative who did exactly as requested on the first email response. He is extremely professional to deal with and made the experience enjoyable. I pickup my Jeep in 6-8 weeks and "finalize" the sale at this time. I will leave a final review at this time, but as of now have only positive experiences with both Performance and Drew Haag. More
