I only gave it a 1 star because that's the minimum I could... I would not recommend this dealer to anyone! Bought a truck the truck was on empty they advised me to drive it around the mall. So I did.. took the truck home I had it a total of 12 hours and took it back to the shop because it was making terrible noises and the truck stayed in there possession for 30+ plus days... I contacted the general sale man Chris and it took me a week to get a call back. Once he reached out to me he said he could help me get into something else and they would buy the truck back in FULL.. I got there at 10am to meet Chris didn't see him till 2pm. I test drove a truck still didn't talk to him finally got to speak with him and he was absolutely rude told me he didn't have to help me and left me with -5200 in negative equity after he said he was gonna buy the truck back from me.. the sales men that sold me the first truck helped out more than the GENERAL SALE MAN!!! Chris is a very unprofessional manger and only cares about not losing money not only that he has a very short temper and is not fit for that job.. this dealer will rip you off any chance they get.. We purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee in mid December after losing our only vehicle due to an accident. Insurance gave us a rental car for just one week so we felt pressured to find another car. We looked at local dealerships and online at numerous sites for an affordable replacement and ended up driving to Georgesville after contacting Performance CDJR. Though we are “seniors”, this was our first purchase from a car dealership. Justin met us at the door, took our info, and sent us out to test drive a Jeep that was 9 years old but extremely clean. Once back inside we needed time to mull this over. Justin gave us privacy several times, with no pressure, while my husband and I discussed a possible purchase. Once we made the decision, Justin walked us through the process. When we returned two days later, Justin had the car ready and waiting. He printed directions to the nearest rental car return for us so we could drop off one and drive our new one home. Justin’s service was informative, friendly and courteous. We are grateful that this became a good experience. More

Customer service is a joke. They give you the run around once you sign on the line. Went and picked my Jeep from service and it took them 30 mins to find it and was supposed to detailed but did a terrible j once you sign on the line. They are bigger talkers my advice is to get everything in writing. More

Sales ad was completely misleading and not accurate. Bought Jeep site unseen because it was factory certified and only four years old. After speaking with three different salesman about my online application, each one never called back, I finally reached someone who said he would help me. After speaking with him, I told him I would pick the car up on Saturday (Thursday and Friday were Christmas and Christmas Eve). So he tells me, after I filled out all my financial stuff online that he wouldn't hold the car because they were still open for Christmas Eve. I even said I would put a deposit down and he further stated they don't take deposits on cars.. (Never heard that before). So I came in on Saturday morning ,at open, to get Jeep and started to discuss the vehicle. I asked where the soft top was so I didn't forget it. (Hard top was on it) comes back and says it doesn't have one.. (but ad says it does) Sorry, nothing I can do. So I decided to let it go bc I was getting a good deal. When I got home and went to go somewhere, I noticed there was no remote start (as advertised in ad) I called dealer and spoke with the sales rep about it and he said he would have his boss call me... Nope, no call. Then after that, I started to look at the ad and see what else was, possibly missing. Oh, the aftermarket security system is not there as well. Tell me how you can not read over your ads before publishing. That's like high school intelligence there. ( No disrespect).. More

Terrible Customer Service When I drove up to purchase my jeep my time in the dealership was very nice. I originally would have recommended them to anyone I knew that wanted to purchase a vehicle. It has now been OVER a month later and my bank has yet to receive the pay off amount. I have now made TWO CAR PAYMENTS ON A VEHICLE I DO NOT OWN. No one ever answers the phone or returned emails or voicemails. I also have not received my memorandum title for my vehicle as well. I wish I would have read the reviews about this place before I purchased my vehicle from them. More
DISHONEST DEALERSHIP . Being a car dealership it goes without saying that these places have their reputations for a reason. However, the experience I went through here is . Being a car dealership it goes without saying that these places have their reputations for a reason. However, the experience I went through here is proof in the pudding. I had recently taken my vehicle to a Firestone for an oil change. While working on my car they spotted a nail in one of my tires and wanted to remove the nail and patch the tire for me. However, they were unable to remove the tire since it was equipped with a special 'locked' lug nut. I did not have possession of the key to remove this special lug nut. I had to take my vehicle to Performance (where I purchased it new 2 years earlier) since they would have the lock to remove the lug nut. After all they decided to put this 'locked' lug nut on to begin with. I never asked for the vehicle to come with these special locked lug nuts and the salesman never told me about this unique circumstance. (Not being upfront is kind of shady) I asked them to replace the special lug nuts with regular standard lug nuts. Somehow these standard nuts cost $8.25 a piece. Talk about high margins! However, Performance then told me they couldn't remove the nail and do a basic patch because of where the nail was lodged into the tire. The only option was to REPLACE THE ENTIRE TIRE. Give me a break! Firestone told me a couple hours earlier they could do a patch on the tire. Obviously I declined Performance's 'recommendation'. After regular lug nuts were put on to replace my special ones I took my vehicle back to Firestone. They were able to remove the nail and patch my tire no problem at all!! Moral of the story: Performance LIES!!! More

We exchanged a few emails prior to my purchase, he was always quick to respond, polite and professional, Good character guy. Was very helpful. Also appreciate Tyler Brown in the finance.dept.. I was very pressed for time, had an appt. & only had app 20-25 minutes before I had to leave.. He came through with several minutes to spare. Smooth and effortlessly. Very much appreciated ! We live app 2 hrs away.. But because of these 2 guys, I would make the 4 hr round trip again to buy a from Performance CJDR Georgesville | Columbus, OH Thanks Don More
