Now for a real honest review and my efforts to make them a better dealership. 🚨 Update on My Ongoing Experience with Performance Ford in Randolph 🚨 To the following at Proformance Ford Lincoln of R a better dealership. 🚨 Update on My Ongoing Experience with Performance Ford in Randolph 🚨 To the following at Proformance Ford Lincoln of Randolph, Mr. Kevin Dipiano ~ Owner, Jim Pesce~ General Sales Manager and Anthony Rubino ~ Service Manger After weeks of silence from Performance Ford regarding their unsafe repair work and lack of communication, I was finally contacted but only after the owner of Maplecrest Ford in Mendham publicly commented on my original post. That comment apparently got their attention. Anthony Rubino from Performance Ford called me and said they would now reimburse me for the $200 I paid to Maplecrest Ford to fix what Performance Ford failed to repair correctly. During that call, he asked me multiple times if I would take down my Facebook post. I told him clearly: taking down my post won’t fix the problem. Thousands of people have already seen it across the 14 Facebook pages where I shared it. What matters now is how they plan to prevent this from happening to others. So I made a reasonable offer: 👉 Send me a letter explaining how Performance Ford plans to address this issue not just for me, but for every customer who depends on them for safe, reliable service. If they do that, I’ll gladly post their response to show they’re making a good faith effort to improve. Let me be clear: I can afford the $200. That’s not the point. Maplecrest Ford recommended I seek reimbursement because their technician confirmed the repair was botched hoses weren’t reconnected, warning lights were ignored, and my vehicle was returned in unsafe condition. Anthony said he’d get back to me on Monday the 8th. Today is December 13. I’ve been ghosted again. ⚠️ To make matters worse, on Saturday December 6th Anthony asked me to resend my original email complaint. I said, “Ok, what’s your email address?” He gave it to me, and I replied, “Oh, you already have my email~ you’re in my sent box.” He paused, checked, and then found my original email dated November 11, 2025 sitting right there. I’ve never seen someone go silent so fast you could sense his nerviness. He then promised to get back to me on Monday the 8th. That promise, like the others, was broken. 🔧 At this point, I strongly recommend that anyone in the Morris County area bring their vehicles to Maplecrest Ford in Mendham. They’ve proven they truly care about their customers and are committed to maintaining their pristine reputation unlike Performance Ford in Randolph, whose repeated negligence and lack of accountability speak for themselves. 👉 Here’s their official website: Maplecrest Ford of Mendham https://www.maplecrestford.com/ 💥 And let me be crystal clear: I am not going to let this issue just drop. I will continue posting weekly updates until Performance Ford addresses this problem going forward. Because maybe next time, someone won’t just be inconvenienced they could be seriously hurt in a vehicle released in unsafe condition.
